A bit about us...

Well where to start?! We were just your ordinary couple, plodding along in life, both working in the rat-race in London. We're both in our early 20's (23 and 24), and we've been together for just over six years now. We live a comfortable life of working hard and playing harder. We are both career driven and strive for the best in our lives, but equally we cherish the importance of friends and family, and love spending time with both. Travelling was something we both wanted to do, it was just a question of WHEN?!

We originally planned to travel the world in March 2007, taking a year off to cover the Americas, Australia and also Asia. But, as always, things don't always go how you plan, and because of certain circumstances, we decided to bring our travels forward, shorten the trip to six months, and just conquer Asia!
And so we began to plan... our route, spending money, injections, moving out of home... so much to sort out, but eventually everything started to come together, and now, at this point, we're almost ready to leave!

This blog was originally started by me (Bec) but both of us plan to update it as we go along, it will give us a place to share our experiences with our friends and family, and also upload some great pictures.
